Quick question: where do your leads go?
Quick question Reader: what actually happens to your warm leads—the people you meet and the ones who DM “interested”? For me, it used to look like this: A stack of business cards on my desk I’d “get to tomorrow." I’d come home from a networking event with a stack of business cards. I’d place them neatly on my desk, telling myself, I’ll follow up tomorrow. But “tomorrow” turned into next week… and eventually, those cards ended up in a drawer. Out of sight. Out of mind.
